I (along with David, the hubs) went to the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) Educational Conference in Houston in July. The event was terrific with lots of gorgeous food, delightful decor and friendly wedding and event professionals from around the country. Meeting Sylvia Weinstock, the Grande Dame of Cake Designers, was THE icing on the cake!
